So it looks like he took peoples money and ran instead of refunding them when the accounts didn't work.. Think he's got a web site selling VCC's, I bookmarked it. When I find some time I'll dig some info on him and post it here for anyone else who might want to get in touch with him.

Contact info is available on the site and seems to be out of pakistan: http://www.virtual-cc.biz/qi/ more investigative work to follow, but I'm hoping Disguised will refund everyone he owes $ right away before this goes further..

You should've first PMed me with a last warning or something like that to refund you but you didn't. Well this happens. I requested a refund at least twice and the last time was a month ago. Regardless of the amount, $1 or $1000, you should honor the request if we can't use your service. Furthermore, if you forgot to refund me then instead of being pissed off for your mistake, why don't you apologize and say "I'm sorry, my fault, I honestly forgot to refund you and I wasn't trying to scam anyone". Not my fault if you forget to refund. This kind of response when you are at fault is not proper business behavior.

I think you will be disappointed, from what I know the mods will never remove any thread. The most he can do is to give a proper reply and have this thread locked. Good luck!
