    Hi all,
I have a few question about Paypal.
Ok, I have a Personal Account and a few days ago I upgrade to Premier one. Is it possible to close only the Premier Account?

I am thinking to start small online business (online design work) and I am working on my website. I am going to need Paypal Account accepting credit/debit cards so I will need Premier one. However I am not US citizen and I do not live currently in US, but my Personal Account billing address and credit card address is in US.

I am thinking that even that I am not leaving in US but my Paypal registration is in US and I am withdrawing funds in US bank account I would be considered "working in US" (at least I think that way) so I may have problems with IRS(I may be back to finish my edu. in a year or two).

Is it possible to change my US address with that one in EU? I do not see option for changing the country address? Should I close the account and then open a new one with EU registration? What if I put my street address in EU and use US account (I could check it easier that EU one)?:eek:

Wow I am little bit confusing ...
    Excuse my English

Why did you use a US address when you are not in the US ?

The only way you can change address especially when it requires a change of country would be to close your current account and then open it from your own country with accurate information.

The last time I checked with Paypal, they told me that if I move to another country for a long term or permanently, I cannot keep the old account and have to open a new one in the new country.

It would be best that you contact Paypal about your situation and see what they can do for you.
