Is Google Seeing This As Competition?

I have a blog on a search engine paying to search; I have been running this blog for 18 days

I usually always get a Google index within 2-3 days,
I am beginning to think that Google is seeing this as competition and not indexing the blog even thou it is a Google blog

    Any thoughts

18 days isn't very long to get indexed. Do you have any incoming links?

Doubt it if they see it as competition. And yes you can get indexed within days. It does not take very long. Especially if you submit to several SE. You can do this at freewebsubmission. The bots would be out within 24 to 36 hours if not sooner. Some of my sites got indexed within like 3 to 5 days.

So really my point is, are you submitting your site to SE's. And like what SVK had said do you have any links like from link exchanges or natural links.

Ok so you have links with traffic and PR. But did you submit your site to any SE's? Do you have a sitemap and a Robot.txt? And Google would not see an 18 day site as ever being a threat.

Is it a new domain name or a previously dropped domain name? It could possibly be banned by Google in the past.

Doubt it unless it's Yahoo or MSN, but then I have sites in MSN and Yahoo and still have them in Google just like any other person's sites.

I still have no index, I really do think Google is doing this on purpose, not since my early days of marketing has it took so long to get indexed,

    Very very weird

It’s a blog about Ask.com paying you to search, and I still have no index after 42 days

I am 100% convinced Google is now seeing this as competition, and not indexing there own blog

Why else wouldn’t I have an index after so long?

    CRAZY Guys

As I have said its Googles own blog..... On top of what I have said i have pinged it five times???? you still think the same?????

18 days is a long time for google. i think you will need some backlinks to decrease this period

The homepage is indexed and was cached on February 18th.

The only pages which don't appear to be indexed are the archive links, which are nearly an exact duplicate of the homepage.

The external links (your blogger profile, onlinewithvine.com and alpexus.com) are also indexed.

What exactly were you hoping for that hasn't happened yet - that the pages with the same content as the homepage would get indexed?
