In order to get burstable ram, we use the openvz platform, which does not support windows. We will have xen based windows boxes in the future.

oh shoot....Lol forgot to get rid of that(I had a designer make a plans table, and he must of copied the text from hostgator). I do have lots of experience in this industry, as I owned a free-webhost with over 10,000 users in a hypervm cluster. I also own all of my servers, and have a private cage in a datacenter.
