    But I'm sure he can get at least mid to High XXXX$

    A domain is only good as it gets under normal behavior.
    Nobody will type sex.am by accident like sex.com
    Lots of domain are better longer than shorter: youtube.com is better than tube.com at this time.
    isex.am could be way bettter than sex.am
    And if it's all about SEO, you may get the same results for whatevercomesherenodobywillcareanywayevenifitisreallyalongdomainthatmakenosense.com than sex.am

    So, I'll take the 1K offer and move on if I was the owner...
