    I had to say, you should change ur Username to something logical. SEOBusiness doesnt suit you very well.

    When you connect to your webhost
    Open wp-content>themes>your themes name>header.php

    In this file, you will see lots of php coding, do not touch to any of them, just add an extra line for yourself, and paste the code that Google provided, save it upload back and overwrite old file. Thats all

    It your WordPress admin panel, go to the Presentation menu, then to the Theme Editor.

    Click the "Header" item from the right menu.

    you can go with the easy part just make an empty html page with notepad and name it as it says in webmaster tools then upload it to ur site

    You can use the other option of uploading file via ftp which will be easy to get verified by Google.
