banner link redirect and SEO?

HI, I installed banner plugin for wordpress, here: sandrophoto.com
so the banners have redirect urls, instead of showing real mod rewritten url it shows: http://www.sandrophoto.com/wp-content/plugins/ad_manager/?goto=1

and all my banners point inside of the site, so there is no point in hiding links.

do u think its safe to do this SEO wise?
will link juice still go to the targeted page from the main page?]

Just write an internal 301 redirect for that URL in htaccess and it will pass all value just fine

 

I think it does that already, how do I check? link goes through the plugin.
