I am looking for specially Romantic-Comedy or Sex-Comedy type movie, something similar to American Pie series.

100 Girls. Fits right in with the American Pie series with very similar humor.

oh, one more. no country for old men....this movie was fantastic.

 

I've seen the movie "Juno" 3 times in the theatres already - sweet feel-good comedy with a little bit of twisted romance and perversion mixed all into one!

 

I'd have to second Superbad - absolutely hilarious.

If you like korean movies, try watching "My Little Bride". It's a romantic story at the same time, comedy.

 

Girl Next Door is great. And kinda fits your requirements.
