AUCTION CONDITIONS:

This auction will run for 4 days from the time of posting. Because I'm in Australia it will probably finish at an odd time for most bidders, so provided the BIN hasn't been claimed beforehand, I will make an announcement here in the thread when there are 6 hours remaining.

Full payment needs to be made within 2 days of the auction finishing, and prior to the domain and website transfer.

Payment to be made via PayPal, or direct bank deposit to my Australian bank account.

I will have the website fully transferred to the winning bidders hosting account within 3 days of the domain transfer being finalized.

The websites will be sold to the first person to claim the BIN, or failing that, to the highest bidder at the end of the auction, so long as a minimum bid of $75 has been made.

The sites all have a few visitors and the odd adsense click, but other than getting them listed in the search engines and a few RSS and directory submissions, I haven't had the time to promote them any further. So rather than guarantee even that modest level of traffic and income, all buyers should assume they are starting from scratch. No arguments that way!

I built the sites with the intention of keeping them for year or so to build the visitors and income up, then sell them, but my offline committments aren't allowing me the time to do that, so I'm selling them now rather than letting them fade away due to neglect.

The domains were all registered in October last year, and I did the majority of work on the sites over the Christmas/New Year holiday period. So they are all between one and three months old.

I'll consider any reasonable offers for multiple purchases.
