Buying Niche Blogs/Unique Content Sites

Hello,

Well i am back now and wanna buy some blogs/unique content sites once again.

I dont want auto-updating sites at all.

I want a few blogs/ Unique content sites from the following niches:

Real Estate
Technology
Finance & Mortgage
Health
Travel & Living
Webmaster Stuff


Requirements:
PR 1 and above only
Traffic - I dont care - But if it has descent traffic then can pay a bit more.
Age : Should be a site for atleast 60 days
Revenue - I dont care - But if it has a small revenue then can pay a bit more provided the revenue is not from link selling and that it can be proved.

Budget : $10 - $250 only.

Points to remember: Please PM me your Site URL and asking price with the details such as where the domain is registered how much time left for it to expire etc. Also i will fully analize the site before buying so please dont give me over the top prices for undeserving sites.

I am looking for sites with almost no revenue but PR.

Only PR crieteria is there - but yes i want unique sites.

I don't really know if this necessarily fits your idea of a "tech niche'" because it is really a multi category blog... but... here are some details

I know you said 60 days old...

The website is like 20 I believe

The traffic I get is pretty good though, and I have made almost $3 since I started the thing.

I have gotten over 1000 uniques, and I have had some 1300 visits and 450+ people have added me to favorites at the time of this post. I supply highly unique content and I have hosting service with 3 months left. The domain is registered under Yahoo and has about 11 months left. It is a 6 letter domain, qtions.com. The blog is at http://qtions.com/blog.html. Your biggest issue is that the blog is actually under blogger, and I use their templates, which is an easy fix. I almost did it myself. My SEO really is not great I must admit, but I get a good amount of visitors through Google, 50 so far this week. The website provides unique content, the entire idea of the blog is simple... you just have to post a top 5 list, it can be about anything. I have posted such things as "the top 5 letters in the alphabet".

I just though I would give it a shot. I know it doesn't have any unique style or anything, but it does come with a high quality URL and a quality idea. My fans are great too, they grow every day. This is a very low maintenance blog and would not take much for you to upkeep. I do not know what you classify as a niche' necessarily, but I do know that it is a pretty original idea.
