1:Nice looking layout , i think that its too big , you should break the content a bit .
The logo is nice , neat and clean style aswell.

2: FRAMES!!! EWWW..
Personally i dont like frames , thats why i cannot say anything about the 2nd one except try to remove the frames

I agree with aceonline. The style is good but the page is very long in 2nd design.

The logo is excellent. I would vote for the first design but you must have to do something with the right section. It is very simple or blank. Use some graphics to make it more attractive.

Overall nice designs.

 

I have a hard time with the scrolling on the 1st. I like how the prices are right up front in the 2nd.

 

I like the first one, the second one is alittle hard to figure out

Hi i want to know the point where people seems to having difficult in scrolling.

But i think so you do not need to scroll its like a simple site you click and here you go!!! its my point of view wana know others also.

1 - look and feel of the site is very good - nice and clean design

The only thing i would say is that the navigation uses javascript and does not degrade gracefully if a user (ie me) has javascript turned off. By degrade gracefully I mean it just stops working and does not present an alternative.

If you must put all of the content on one page - which I wouldn't do from an SEO perspective - use page anchors. You wont get the smooth scrolling though.

Also for the three buttons at the botton of the initial screen - Spot - NegativeMail - Other Links. I would expand the diagonal lines to fill the whole of the little link square.

As I said, it looks really good and you are obviously good at design and JS BUT you really want to split the content over several pages.

2)I agree with previous comments - there are only a few instances when frames are needed, and TBH this is not one of them. You can achieve the same thing without using them. Again good design though.

The first one I like the design, is very nice.

The second one too, they have a very professional design

 

The site has potential, but you have too much information on one page. Keep it simple, segment your content on separate pages.
