in other countries (not USA) a "proposal" to a girl means asking them to go out on a date or asking if they want to be that person's girlfriend. Try telling her how you feel, without being too emotional. If she's not felling that, move on. Remember, ugly girls need lovin too!
but hey if she's really worth it... go ahead and excel in your class..let her feel that YOU are someone.. but in a positive way.. excel in your studies..show her you are responsible and don't chase her everywhere.. try to be a little mysterious.. and she will be quite interested.. she should be the one chasing you.. lol
Oh Yeah I am never gonna give up on her . Long time back , I somewhat hated her but then i grew fond of her . Currently i would just try to talk to her rather than propose her again .
