Can anyone shed some light on what I am doing wrong? I have had 500 uniques in 2 days but no clicks. Site is AppletizeMe.Com. Any feedback is appreciated.

What is the source of your visitors?

Most of my visitors have come from Stumbleupon today. The other portion is direct traffic and 9% of the 500 visitors are from search engines.

Stumbleupon traffic doesn't click on ads but it is good for brand building. If the direct traffic are friends and family whom you told not to click then they are not clicking and you should be happy about that. The search engine traffic at 9% is 45 people. If you are using an analytics software tool such as Google analytics check to see what the bounce rate and time on the site for those visitors is. Chances are that they didn't stay long or what they were looking for was not exactly what is shown on your site and its ads.

I would suggest that you wait a few days to collect more data and then start playing with the ad placement such as going after the F pattern that is known people to use when scanning a web site.

Thanks for the info trafficnotice! I was going a bit nuts trying to figure it out. I use google analytics btw and indeed the bounce rate is fairly high. I will wait it out and collect more data then make changes accordingly. Thanks again.

    Your blog looks good.
Try changing the color of your ads.. that might attract visitors. And, SU and Digg traffic is worthless when it comes to click on ads.
