1on40.com is it a scam?

I am wondering if the affiliate program this site is offering is a scam... does anyone have any information regarding this program.

 

I'd be interested to hear this too. It seems too good to be true...£20/$40 per referal. I've allready racked up quite a few.

$40 per referral? Sounds like a scam...but I've never heard anything about it. Check the search engines with "1on40.com"+fraud. See what comes up.

 

too good to be true. no biz can afford to offer that kind of incentive especially new biz like them.

yeah it seems to be a scam to me too... $40 per referral is too good to be true.

 

could be true though did anyone see the new dubai one i got $50 to sign up pm me for the link

 

sign up and read some of the info, they say they won't pay out till august 2008, and who knows, this may have been changing.. i think its a scam, but $40 a sign up is possible alot.

It's risky because their free beta closes in March, then they will start charging. I guess they think they'll get enough paying customers to then pay off affiliates but that's crazy unless they really do deliver top rankings and people start bidding huge amounts per keyword.

What if Google just decides to say nope.

1on40.com scam yes I purchased the advertisement offer 183.00
and yes 1on40.com stats page show alot of traffic to my site ...

Problem is my cpanel stats show no traffic from them ... 1on40.com scam

 

Can't the site be reported and taken down then?

 

If you have experienced fraud with them and have something to back that up with, do a whois on their information and take it up with their hosting.

 

i heard 1on40.com can get you banned from google...
