Warez Site?

I was contemplating whether or not to open one.

I see projectw is hosted in the US where copyright laws are the worst as far as I know.

Well, I plan on paying for the registrar and the Hosting with a Visa Giftcard every month to avoid issues of legality so if anything does happen, I can just take off from the site if needed as a last option.

Is that the best idea? I know different hosts matter as well and registrar, I'm trying to see where projectw is hosted and read their TOS.

Get an offshore host, hong kong and panama are the safest places. W-BB and Katz.cd are hosted in hongkong. Not sure about projectw.

 

Do you know a good company in hong-kong? and the whois on projectw shows it as a US ;x

Have you ever used them? I might go with the cheapest package they have to start.. 100gb bandwidth and 1gb storage is pretty damn good for $3.95 a month.
