Hi All, I'm working for a software firm here in India. Currently i have a lot of pressure in my project and i'm really stressed. Whiskhy is just supporting for the night i have it. I am not able to take the pressure. The main problem is i hate working under someone and following deadlines that someone assigns to me. I feel i'm getting depressed and i completely lost my identity. Not that the work is very tough, but somehow i am not liking the atmosphere. Do you think i am psychologically weak or i have some problem? Please suggest what i could do to get out of this stress. If i need to answer any more questions to help me, please do let me know here. dear friend..if u r working in a firm you have to work as per the deadlines...but bro don't let these work loads to get over ur nerves..try chilling out in evening with friends and please STOP DRINKING it wil cause more problems than solutions..
Drink something sex will be the best solution if you manage that you will be very relaxed You are the pergect example of why i love working from home and never and will do evrything to never have a Job
rock back and forth in a rocking chair while humming or mumbling...people will see this and want to help you right away, haha.
It may be need to take some minerals and vitamins...magnesium, calcium, potassium and the B complex of vitamins...try some nutritional supplements...it always works! And acupuncture, massage, sex...are very good to reduce stress...and positive thinking
Unfortunately this is part of "working for the man". They are allowed and will set deadlines on you. Sorry, but unless you become self-employed this is something you have to deal with. And even when being self-employed in this field, you will still have to deal with deadlines that you set on yourself.
Don't think about past or future(deadline) ..... just present ... concentrate .... it is now or never! Also meditation and yoga works wonders ..... just try it!
alcohol is not the answer but you should try to entertain more and manage better your time. I cannot deny that getting depressed is a sign of mind weakness in some cases.
There are so many people here in the states that feel the same way. Two totally different countries and cultures and people still experience the same crap. I know things are different in other countries and in other cultures (such as family values, the caste system, income earning potential), but really you have to ask "WHAT DO YOU WANT FOR YOURSELF?" It sounds selfish, but it will lead to a satisfied mind. If you are not happy, think about what would make you happy. Then think what you have to do to get to that point. Then set some deadlines for the smaller tasks needed to achieve that ultimate goal. It takes time, but in the end it will be worth it. Drinking is fun, but it is messed up. You think you feel better when you start, but when you keep doing it, you get more depressed. Meditation is amazing. Try it sometime. It is possible to train your mind not to focus on things that stress you out. Good luck, and keep pushing. Things will get better some day!
