    and where does hacking come into this? just ring or email with your transaction ID.

    newegg is typically pretty responsive and helpful. I've purchased things from them before. I would find your transaction ID and give them a call. Assuming you paid Newegg, they should help you with your purchase. I've never heard of Paypal having problems such as this unless someone gets your account password.

    I did that, gave paypal the number, and told them it was their fault. Then I started a dispute.
