    If you have done 6 months of SEO for a site and yet there haven't been any improvements, how would you go about diagnosing the problem?

    If the site is new (6 months old) and in a competitive arena, this would be normal to me. I'd just keep plugging away...

    This is probably one of the reason.. are your targeted keywords highly competitive?
