Your friend's account is not your account and it would not do you any good to pay the buyer through that as he can claim that he never received the money. Besides the chargeback is the feature of the credit card and the credit card company so the money goes directly into the card holder's credit card instead of his paypal account. The best option is to provide Paypal with all the documentations in reference to the sales such as Invoices, Delivery Order, Proof of Delivery and it would be helpful if you have any correspondences with the buyer to say that he has receive the product or service which you offered. You could also write to Paypal in regards to your issue and ask them what your best option is.
What was the reason for chargeback. As far as I know that paypal do not like such spree. Call to them will explaine you most of things.
it was just $25 chargeback and it was from a unverified buyer and it was dont for any good but for a service
Tell paypal that and then send them all the email correspondences which you have with the buyer. At the same time, tell them how to fund your account and that you do not have a US Bank account. Next time don't deal with unverified accounts as they cannot be trusted.
I want to open an account with paypal but the problem is it needs credit cards for transaction & i hav debit card. Will it work for receiving international payments ? Can money be deposited in to my credit card ?
just call the customer service of paypal and ask them on this matter for sure they can assist you my friend but the only thing i can suggest it solve it on resolution center and just follow them and pass all the requirements they are needed.
Call paypal every day until someone smart gets on the phone and can answer you questions. Sometimes this can take 2 or 3 calls
You can try MoneyBookers dot come instead of PayPal next time around. MB tends to protect the sellers from charge-backs. PayPal's charge-backs are screwed up.
Hmmm Paypal *****. There have been so much told about this "Limited Account" thingy of paypal. Just wondering how much money they make from millions of Limited paypal account. Sorry to say but under the circumstances you are in ..i just there is very little hope. IMO you better open a new account, until this one get fixed. Just my personal thoughts. Best Regards, Mobile-Monster
You can have two paypal a/c's. One premium and one personal. If it is possible, create another a/c and pay through it.
Well, they only limit your account if you violate your contractual agreement or when you hit certain limits. Usually a simple resolution would fix the whole issue. Most of which time if you can prove your identity or substantiate the sales, the limits would be lifted. Technically, they may only make on the interests from the limited accounts as the funds would be release to you within 180 days of the limitation. However if you provided fake information from the offset then there is no way you going to get your money as it would be entirely your fault, for that you cannot blame paypal for your mistake. As for opening up a new account when one is being limited would be a violation of your contractual agreement which would allow them to further limit all your accounts. The best means is just to work with Paypal to get your account limited and make sure that you read and understand all your contractual agreement and the acceptable usage policy before you sign up with Paypal or with any provider.
