Are targeted traffics against adsense TOS?

I have seen in this forum there are many people who are selling targeted traffic. I just was wondering if those traffics are against adsense TOS or not?
If some of them are, how can you find it out, which one is ok and which one is not good for your adsense account?

I would remove my Adsense before buying targeted traffics.
Some targeted traffics are ok, but Don't take the risk, some people got banned before because of that.

 

Yeah. I know many publishers just got nuked for doing arbitrage, e.g. buying traffic from lower tier PPC networks such as Searchfeed and Looksmart.

 

Will be ok after that? I mean I take my adsense code out, and then I buy traffic for few days and then put back my adsense code into my script, after my traffic is over.
I just want to get better ranking by alexa. And I think it is a better way, am I right?

 

You would need a consistent flow of traffic to affect your traffic rank.

 

I have already traffic to my websites around 100-1500 every day but I would like ti increase my alexa ranking. How about when I buy traffic every month?

Don't buy crap things to risck geting ban or waste money

 

I wouldnt really get into buying traffic just to raise my alexa rank....I think you should spend your money on creative advertising, which will bring you natural traffic.

Alexa also monitors your sites visitors origin and time on site....so buying traffic might not help increase your alexa rank at all.

 

That means when I buy traffic it will be only spending money for nothing? If it is so, I won´t do that. Thanks for your respond.
