Your request is for native English speakers, but the offer of $2.50 per 300-500 word article is aimed at people living in a country with low cost of living... some of them may be native English speakers while the majority will not. If someone is able to write at the rates offered, do they maintain the copyright to their work or are you requesting full ownership as well in that price? My preferred rates start at $0.05 per word - so you can see there is a large gap in pricing and those rates are still regarded as below national minimum wage in the UK when the initial research, write-up and the proofreading has been done.
