I've been reading people have been having problems with this script + AdSense... Just giving you a heads up.
Who did you hear this from? Can you cite specific threads? I contacted adsense and they said it was fine as long as the traffic wasn't coming from autosurf traffic or paid traffic...
heard this script is kinda scam? well another point is the site will be distributing copyrighted content. Wonder if its legal?

And that protects you from what part of helping distribute copyrighted content? Get an e-mail straight from AdSense saying that your site has been reviewed and is OK and you should be fine. I thought these scripts were kind of cool until I really thought about it. Anyways, Goodluck.
It doesnt matter if you host the content or not. I know seriously large sites banned for just providing a search option.

It's the same as torrent sites (they just provide torrent files, not the copyrighted material itself)...
Stole the words right outta my mouth, except the words 'you scumbag'. You wonder why record companies throw out the same ol' shit all the time. It's simple nowadays - push the same sounding music because they know that for every 10 people like you downloading it there's always somebody buying it. For this exact reason those with talent are left paying their own way round the circuit. I, for one, really don't care if you haven't explicity said you download music/movies/other copyrighted materials - but someone hosting and owning such a site is as good as guilty with a noose around their neck. Line 'em up, gun 'em down, Google.
