is this any good?

I have tried to optimize my site which started on november 19th 2007

I checked with yahoo and Today I have on yahoo
Pages (1,323) | Inlinks (2,977) | Subdomains (1)

I have around 9,400 pages indexed on google

I get 1500+ pageloads and 500UV a day.

Do you think I am doing good?

 

you are going right way just remind one thing keep updating your site. Here I have only one doubt you are doing little bit fast try to do proper way...
