Shes going to college soon, she probably just doesn't want to get into a relationship that is going to be suffocating when she does get to college. Before you leave for college you clear out old things as your packing up to start fresh, she doesn't want to have to do that with a person. And when you think about it, it might be best this way, do you really want to deal with a relationship so separated after just a few months? If you really must pursue her, go to her with a lofty attitude. Be honest and tell her, I know that you probably don't want a relationships now that college is so near, so do you want to just go hang out somewhere and you can tell me about why your going to {insert college here}. Try it, whats the worse that can happen.

Sounds to me like she just isn't interested. This seems like a weird condition which I seriously doubt is "love" based on the idea that there was probably little interaction between you two. Then again, i'm not one to say who you love and who you don't love, but I think once you do find true love the other person most likely loves back.
