Need help on getting PR1 (currently Pr2)

Hey guys I need help getting to PR1 for my keyword. I am currently PR2 on this under google.

Can anyone explain to me what steps I need to take to get PR1?

are you talking about google page rank (PR) or ranking in google SERPS? first make your question clear because both are different things.......

It's not how many links you have but their quality, as much as the quality of your content... Try to get links in with High PR and anchor text as explained by Amits

You need more backlinks from relevant websites. It could take some time to take effect.

I understand what you want to say. But let me tell you PR stands for page Rank its a measurement of google based on No. of links, content, and many other parameters.

Now your ques. is about SERPs.
Do the following:
1 Link exchange with Relevant Sites based on your site's theme. Anchor text should be PS3 Hacks.
2 Make PS3 Hacks as anchor link where ever it occurs in your web page.
3 Do directory Submission in relevant categories. Repeat it after every 2-3 months.
4 Articles submission may also be considered.
5 Do blogging

 

PR means Page Rank

Anyway., if you want to get to page 1 or on top of search results then you will need lots of back links.
