    here is my earnings screenshot... since my last payment (I am getting payment each month consistently...)
    I didn't add some channels to the ads in that site...that's why the total earnings is far more than that it is showing..

    I said 100% true.. I need urgent money..so decided to sell it..
    OK.. here is the deal..
    I am more than 100% confident that It will earn $120+ each month (bcoz, I experienced it...and it is still going strong.. do u belive, I updated that blog ONE MONTH AGO.if you update it atleast once per week..the earnings may be far more than that...)
    OK... If you sell this for 12 X revenue.. I'll pay you 10%... ie 144$ (I give you $150)...
