When you type in BOSTON REAL ESTATE on google... this guy Bushari comes up #2 !!! (Im chopping up the name so it doesnt come up on a search engine search) The website is www dot Bushari dot com Does anyone know why this guy is coming up so high? My guess is because of his zillion backlinks with real estate agencies in other states What do you guys think??? Thanks!!!
Hello, I dont see him having zillions of backlinks, he has around 5000 backlinks from 1300 diffrent sources maybe he has an anchor text backlink from an aged domain or lots of his backlinks are from aged domains ("Trusted") Regards

genius.???????? who said I think you guy didn't checked his site properly he has made only 224 pages of his site and most important thing is see title of that site he mantion his name 2 or 3 times and it domin is also same. Yes I'm agree with that his doing good but genius I dont think so.
You can't say he is an expert or not, every one have different stratargy but need to accept the SEO is very good.
