I would like to know where I can get the cheapest VPS or VDS available on the market.
One of my friend told me that they would be as low as $100 / year and would like to know if it is true or maybe there are better offer for of course good quality.

Well I sell VPS's for $85 per year, But they are pretty crappy:

10GB Space
100GB BW
128MB Ram, 1GB burst etc etc...

$100 a year would probably get you a very very LOW specs VPS OR a very unreliable or highly oversold host.

Cheapest is most of the times not the best.

You might get it, even free, if you can catch some promotion. Normally, with that price, vendors will die soon
Good quality and cheap price - I am not sure if they can go together

 

I think that your budget is quite low. You may get some troubles especialy with annual payment. If you had $20-25/mo - you'd find very nice deal.
