    nice link you've got there..

    I think it is so easy to use those bookmarking site.. just follow the instructions..

    first you have to create your account.. if you have your own account you can easily submit your everytime you have new posts.. you can also add some buttons or widgets..

    just fill up all those forms and then your done..
