The world over webmasters are here on DP just wanna know what u did or doing in education .. i heard that webmasters ddnt need any High education but most of the webmasters are computer graduate with knowledge of programing and/or website design language .. so whats your education ?
You know I can tell from my own experience that for "webmastering" education is not so important if you mean university. Personally I and a lot of webmasters that I know, they have no specific technical education, web design, programming, code and online marketing were just their hobbies and things that they liked to do that is why they have succeed in it. P.S. I was studying on foreign languages department in the university
Finishing my two-year in computer programming... Have a bunch of unused electives though, not sure what to do with them...
yes you are rite webmastering doesnt need "any specific" education its all the experience and the personal workouts ...
Well i'm at the last year at Informatics University .... Don't know if i will finish it Education is waste of time especialy when the educational system is crap ....
It is always good to have some paper qualifications, just in case you can't make it in the webmaster world (I guess I am one of those), at least you can survive slogging at a regular job in the outside world
I finished high school. My husband did a few further education type classes. We're getting more of an education now, doing all this ourselves, reading, listening to CD's/tapes/web seminars... and the mass of information we now learn home educating our son. It's amazing how much more you learn and retain when you're actually doing it from interest, rather than force.
Erm, by postgraduate I'm assuming you're referring to someone who has a higher degree? Technically speaking postgraduate could refer to anyone who was a graduate because they were post graduation.
