It depends on the content and where the servers are located im guessing, some content is illegal in some contries but fine in others, worth checking what is ok depending on where you would store the content and the country you would target.

That's another can of worms entirely. Have to throughly document it all. Porn can be huge if it is done within the confines of the law. Screw it up and you could be ruined period. Better safe then sorry I say and do it the right way in the first place. Yeah it costs a couple bucks and some time. At least you do not have to worry about people knocking your door.

I dont know if this is exclusive to the states but theres that number, 4 or 5 digits that the sites have to display, possibly to confirm things about the models on the site? im not sure, and of course plenty have those warning pages before the actual site is accessed. Some server restriction in some countries i think will have limits on how hardcore, like maybe no watersports or bondage and faked rape, but other things will be ok.
