    actually i am not sure if i should just put whatever i want on my personal blog or should i really specialize in one area like.... how to make money or personal development?

    First of all, I think it is GREAT that you put your tag cloud on a separate page. Some of your visitors may like them, but others hate them because they tend to look messy. Your method appeases both sides, and I think its a great idea.

    I like how you use illustrations in your posts. I think it makes a blog more visually appealing, and I think you're doing a good job with matching your pictures to your content.

    Personally, I don't like the "View More" option. IIRC, studies have shown that many people tend to navigate away, instead of reading the remainder of the post.

    If you're going to focus on one or two topics, I would suggest specializing in one of your passions or interests. If you want to attract and retain readers, you'd face fierce competition in the financial or personal development niches, but I haven't seen too many blogs about snowboarding, for example.
