I have a new Motorola Fire Krazer from Cricket. I LOVE my phone mostly because my husband bought it for me and I think of him when I use it! I love the cricket plan - no contracts!

I have a Nokia N73 and i'm not that impressed with it. Its very slow once there is a bit of data on it and now its started unlocking and switching off randomly.

Sounds like the Cricket plan is equivalent to Pay-As-You-Go plan in the UK :D

Cricket is similar to Pay As You Go in a sense of not having a contract. Cricket gives you unlimited minutes for local calling and more features with various plans.
