Adsense & YouTube Videos

Hey,

Can anyone please explain Google's policy on adsense sites and YouTube videos? Can we have YouTube videos on sites displaying adsense? Is it just that we have to have more than videos on the site? I have heard conflicting versions of this.

Yes you can display videos on sites.

Well it wouldn't be allowed to have a page with just a youtube video and ads... got to have some content.

 

So as long as the page has some content other than the video, it's OK. Right?

Can my site only be pages with videos, but I also talk about each one on every page?

Didn't they just update this policy a month or two ago?

 

Yeah, I heard it was to knock out the sites that just scrape youtube videos. I heard it was OK for a blog that "occasionally" includes a video. I just haven't been able to find any hard facts.

 

Yes, you can, as long as no adult or gamble violation.

 

probably because you haven't bothered to read the relevant terms of service for adsense and youtube.

do your homework, and report back to us what you find.

 

Oh yes.. you can. Though Video Sites pays very low.
