I think you need, to restructure the site and learn from other site where to put adsesne adv. then you need to know from where you can get the traffic, use yahoo groups i think you can get traffic from it .
buying a link for $50 is not a great move lol... If you have $50 to spare, go buy content that you can use to advertise with
We're already 9th for our chosen search term, that $50 link placement should definitely boost us up, which will increase the traffic.
you might have been able to make $100 a day if you knew anything about adsense... it's foolish to throw away potential income. when it comes to page ranking, meta tags are generally ignored by the search engines. that $50 link won't boost anything if google figures out that it's a paid link.
I've restructured the site, there's less pages with more content on them. I've made the menus on the left a lot better. The links have been moved to a Links page. And I've added a paragraph about what Naruto is and how to get to our galleries.
First, you need a new niche. Naruto pictures!?!? How much do you think a click would earn in the anime niche? Probably 1 cent to 5 cents a click TOPS. Let say you actually got a 10% CTR. Lets then say that directory link doubled your traffic to 1000 page views per day. Ok you your getting 100 clicks a day (its probably gonna be more like 25-50 however). So...the max you can ever hope to earn from this site is $5 a day. I don't know about you but $5 isn't much to constantly adjust this site. Once smartpricing kicks in its probably gonna go down to $2 a day if your lucky.
$5/per day is enough to sell the site for $600 minimum, $5 was what I set out to make in the first place, and that's what my partner got on his last site based on Naruto Pictures.
