well I was a body builder years back but then all those work schedules give me no choice/time thats when I started building the wrong way (all built protuding out not as packs haha) so now I am trying to get back on track and becoming one again

I use to do some, left it for long time now I am beginning to start from this summer. I bet DP has some body builder. I know there are some best ones in here . Best Regards
I did try to increase my upper body muscle by hitting the gym and doing some push-ups, but I lost interest after a few weeks.
