I am looking for a cheap vps... I will only be using this for testing code before my sites official launch - therefore I will only need minimal bandwidth and ram.

That netxservers site is full of spelling mistakes, and the plans make no sense...How can a server with 3gb disk and 10gb b/w be the same price as 20gb disk and 70gb bandwidth? It makes no sense...
