Niche is not a issue for me.Usually with my link building strategy most of the websites can rank higher in SERPS.

However if you are targeting competitive keywords(i.e - insurance) I can't help you too much with this package(because the competition is too high and budget involved in this kind of optimization is enormous).

The best idea is to break your keywords and to target those that are less competitive,have fewer searches per month but you will get ranked higher in SERPS and also you will get more traffic than if you had optimized for the more competitive keyword phrase.

About payment,Yes I will need upfront payment simply because most of your money (85%) will be reinvested for you.
