Starting a logo contest

I wonder how can I start a logo contest here.. it keeps rejecting me from posting in that category. Thanks for any help.

The rules here are there for reasons. Follow them if you wish to use this forum. If you do not want to follow them do not use this forum. We all waited and so should you.

The rules are not open for debate. Also this is webmaster forum and this maybe GC but we have kids here also. Tone down the language and speak professionally.

I am not getting down on you just giving you some advice so that people take you seriously. All to often I see people mess themselves up because of little things they think do not matter.
