    Try wordpress.org
Same as the .com but allows you to use your own domain. Also gives you a useful list of hosts to use.
    Hope this helps

I'm not sure what you mean? Do you want people to be able to go to your domain and have it show your hosted blog? if so, why not just do a redirect for your domain to your actual blog?

I'm still confused :( So you want them to go to www.yourwebsite.com, but it will show a blog thats at a free bloghost, and not a blog that you are hosting yourself?

I'm not sure because I'm not *that* familiar with the dynamics of domain parking...I know what it means as far as sites like Sedo.

But...are you talking about like creating a blog and then using a custom domain...if so, you can just redirect to your subdomain. I'm sorry if I am misunderstanding.

You can also change up the nameservers so they reflect that the domain is associated with Blogger...

From your Dashboard in Blogger, click Settings.

    Click the Publishing tab.

There you'll see how to do it. There's a link to click. If you have trouble, use the Blogger help. It's pretty good.

You can use wordpress.com and some free dns hosting service. Be aware tho that ads aren't allowed there :(

    Really?

ads not allowed on wordpress ?

    lol
so whats the use of it
i think it would be better to use blogger.com
and then if the blog was successful import the posts from blogger.com to a new installed wordpress blog (on my own paid sever)

    BTW
    whats your suggestion?

    webmaster Blog?
    free downloads?
    warez?
    scripts?

which one would get a better PR and make $$$$$ ?

again thanks for your replies here
    I appreciate it

Dude, I would have to say all four, one at a time. Document everything. Great blogging material. Try it out and see what works. All four sound like decent ideas.

    Unfortunately not. :(
I'd say go for scripts, since there're tons of webmaster blogs and free downloads sites already. And warez isn't legal*
*I'm a bit of an infoanarchist.. I mean, I don't think copying 'illegaly' programs for your own use is bad, but for me, somebody else making money with it is just wrong :/
As for blogger, I don't think that would be a good idea (because of the urls), how about trying some of the free WP blog hosts from here - http://mashable.com/2007/08/06/free-blog-hosts/ - and using a free dns service? This way, you'll be able to keep everything if moving to a paid server :)
