    great name but I have to agree reselling them is a nightmare
    reminds me of .co.uk and org.uk paperwork if you want to sell (thats why I mainly reg coms)

    Its wrong!!! YOU can register without certificate !!! you need certificate if registering 4-th level domains (LLLL.law.pro or LLLL.med.pro....) but
    if registering Top-level domains (LLLL.pro) you do not need!!!
    Go to Encirca and findout!!!
