Can i place adsense on Rapidleech site?

I am planing to build a big RapidLeech to get primeum link from Rapidshare.com and megaupload.com

And i want to place adense on this site.

Is that okie?

I dont think its allowed, what do the TOS say?

 

I have seen many rapidshare premium sites using adsense on it and earning from it, but i am not sure if its allowed

Personaly i dont think it violates G's TOS but it is better safe then sorry right?
