Create a Squidoo lens with original and useful content about a specific aspect of bad debt. Link it to your website. Add relevant affiliate links. Tag your lens with words that those searching for such information would be likely to type into a search engine. Get some quality backlinks at digg.com etc.

it would be costly if you hire somebody to do it for you. but if you learn to do it yourself then only time is the price.

I said the same in earlier post too that the best way to improve site traffic is to create the best content you can with the best products you can possibly offer. Your content is your best advertisement - if visitors love your content, then they will go back and spread the word to others.

it depends if he wants organic traffic ..or just traffic in general

if you want fast traffic now - you gotta pay the Google adwords.
and do some paid article submission to the big ones wth (AP) coverage (Associated Press)
you might want to have it written for you if you dont know what to write - because (AP) wont run your article on their sites unless its really friggin darn good and news worthy to a national perspective.

That's basically how you 'buy' traffic.
But they say the best traffic is the free traffic - which would be SEO organic traffic coming from your high SERP (Search Engine Result Page ) AKA= where you get placed into Google for search words.

SEO is for free traffic - but there's lots of sites that just straight out pay month to month to have adwords and articles flowing constantly. It brings them the traffic and they dont have to battle with competition in SEO to be seen. thats the pro.

the con - you have to pay for it - it could cost alot and might not have as much return as you'd like.
start with small adword campaigns and see what works to get people to your site AND experiment with your site and products and your text copy ..to see what sells them.

you could get a 100,000 visitors a day in traffic and not sell jack squat.
so obviously what you're sellin is a big factor.
If you arent selling anything - you'd try to make your money back in ads on your site. But that's kinda ignorant to ru nit long term like that. Because you'd be paying to get traffic , and then maybe 10% of the traffic would click on your ads.
Unless of course you get low cost-per-click adwords ... and if youre able to route 5,000 people a day to your site , and then if they all click on all your sites ads which gives you the advertisement money..recouping some of it. But not likely, since any adwords will be set according to your sites content and relevance. Thats probably why too ..otherwise SEO's would be too busy making money off all the people with ads :) lol

imagine paying .10 cents per click on an adword. drawing 5,000 vistors to your site.
then basically encouraging them to click on 4 or 5 ads 'open this in new window' type of thing.
and imagine if those ads were like $5.00 per click. WOOweeee..

At that rate ,you could pay lots of SEOs around the clock to mass boost your site. then expand it to all types of content sections with lots of high cost-per-click adwords.
So that your site called somethin branded and not definitive in content theme like "Ferngaggle"
That would have content sections, each with 100 to 1,000 pages specifically targeted to each high cost-per-click theme.
Thats probably why they only let you have one homepage too. it acts as a front door to the rest of your site obviously. but you couldve obviously exploited that to make several front doors to all those content themes.
soyour Ferngaggle website ..would specialize in damn near everything that was expensive to click on , and it would seem each entry point , was the 'homepage' :D

they just took all the fun and money out of it ..lol
