    Viner Hand ITC is the closest I have come while fiddling in Photoshop for it.
    I made you a preview:

    It isn't perfect, but it is certainly similar.

    Also, Chiller looks somewhat like it, but without the scriptness.

    Don't know what it is but it looks close to Segoe but it's not it.
