    Hello guys,

I am planning to develop a website www.hamburgtrip.com Hamburg is the city in Germany where i live. It has a couple of good places which are good spots for tourists.
Now the problem is I know how to deal with HTML and I can make simple websites but when it comes to make a website with professional look I cant do anything e.g. take a look at hamburg-tourism.de I dont know how to make drop down menus or beautifully aligned text. I want to make a web with professional look.
Can you please guide me is there any good web developing software which can help me in building a website with professional look like drop down menus and small animations (not compulsary). I hope you understand what I mean. I know about web templates but I am not able to configure them properly, may be because i dont use any software to configure those templates. Can you please guide me any good software. I shall be really thankful to you. And if i will be succeeded in developing a good web :) I wil mention your name as well :) in the web.

Hi, I belive that the best I may suggest you is the Dreamweaver. You may select your own preffered layout so works as wyswyg editor or simply edit the code or mix it together. If you would like to find a really cool drop down menu which is crawleable by search engines I think you should have a look at the wide variety of drop down menus at cssplay website.

When you see something that you like and do not know how to do just view it's source and learn it's being done. This is the best way to learn html/css.

actually, you wont get away without learning the very basics of html and css. sure, dreamweaver is an easy to use editor, but try learning photoshop, javascript and a little bit of php as well. a combination of these will get you nice results :)
