Lately it seems I have posted many many times needing work done. I pay well I believe and you can check some of my itraders to verify. No one seems to want to work.

So what is it people? Just lazy? Do not need cash?

    What is it?

Do you have some work to be done now, and can you pay through e-gold?!

    Thank you.

Probably you are not paying as high as you think or maybe you require dificult or very specific jobs to be done.

The problem is to find the right person at the right time. The time of posting is very important in dp to get maximum response as I have seen many of my threads did not evoke the response it ought to have because it was posted at the wrong moment when few of the dp members were active and guests would outnumber the actual members. By the time people or actual members start responding to your thread, it would have been buried deep in the second or third page.

I have been posting this for like a week now. Even to the point of posting two different jobs in the same post. One for this and one for template coding. The template coding got done but this still has not.

Also it is not just this. I have offered cash before for work to be done and no one responds. I do not know what it is. I am not hard to work for and usually am not as ill tempered as I seem. Like I said I have some people working for me and I pay well. Sometimes double if the work is good.

With everyone saying and screaming how do I make money. This gets me to wondering what is wrong here.

    Hi

If you have work to be done but not getting any takers, Have You thought about promoting the jobs via Video ie YouTube.

Actually he pays plenty high enough, and he is an excellent guy to work with... I've noticed this too Zero and its actually ridiculous with the amount of "How do I make money on the web" or "I need to make xxxx before xxx days!" threads. I guess it does really matter when you post the ad too, sometimes it will get buried right to the next page because of all the JUNK threads that are taking over the DP B/S/T.

Good luck getting your job filled. Have you tried a freelance website like getafreelancer.com or getacoder.com? I have had some pretty good luck with those sites and have found some pretty excellent programmers that I keep on contact for jobs that I need done. Plus there is escrow system in which you don't even have to release the money to the designer until the job is done.

If I wasn't so busy with developing a website I would help you out again, I hope this helps. And no there is no way that you are not offering enough money. If people don't want the work here, take your business elsewhere. :)

The people asking how to make money online probably have 0 skills, so they can't make money for themselves and they obviously can't freelance.

Where is the 'wanting to hire' section of DP anyway? I have never really looked since DP seems like the sort of place where people would want work done for $5.

Usually in the services sections. The only thing I have never payed high for is forum posting. I pay .10 a post with a dollar sign up and a $5 payout. I do not restrict the number of posts though. So the earning potential is high. I just payed someone 20 bucks last Friday for posting. So I am not cheap as they would call it.

    Funny MeetHere very funny lol.

Try searching the for phpbb programmers in the b/s/t section rather the posting a thread.

    Sounds like a good idea.

i am guilty here too. Sorry ZeroC. I have registered and posted in your forum but forgot about it *oops* anyway, I won't be charging for my posts there. The time I was posting, there were really not much threads to post on and I didn't want to flood your forum with my posts.

Chill, surely when your forum gets more active then more people would find it easier to post there ;)
