I have not seen any results from it yet, but I have (on the contrare) seen her post the bulletin up in an quick and easy manner. She was very quick, very understanding (since the first bulletin did not turn out alright, she re-posted it again to correct it.) Jannekke also added me as a friend so I could see the bulletin posted. I'd say it only took 3-4 minutes to post after I sent her the code. Now, like I said, I haven't seen any results but she was quick and concise and it'll most likely take more then 1 day to see those.
As I said I cannot garuentee people reading and going to the website. I'll do anything in my power tho to make them go.
