They are free Nora. You really need to read it properly. I've included the piece from the page that deals with using the brushes commercially. You only have to credit if you can or want to. It is not a must... by the way I got the photoshop brush from http://www.brushes.obsidiandawn.com/brushes.htm It's a great site full of useful brushes for photoshop and they are FREE (that should cover any obligation I have in using the brush)
