I am currently on a raw food diet. I must admit it is by far the best I have been on. Not only have I lost 5kgs in 4 weeks. I also don't snack anymore between meals. The raw food is plenty, leaves you feeling content for hours.

    What's you diet experiences?

    Col :)

Whole raw foods are normally the best. One of the best organized and written out diets I have seen has been the ABS diet. It gives you the foods you should try to eat with each meal and also has a great workout routine written out to help you lose weight.

The most successful diet, I was kinda forced to after the removal of my wisdom tooth. ;)

My dad is fasting one or two times a year for one week. He's just eating nothing but drinks a kind of food replacement drink that provides all the necessary stuff like vitamins. He's quite successful with that although it might not be the healthiest way...

There's a place called Hippocrates quite a number of hours North of where I live. The raw food diet is becoming quite famous there. A DP member here called Julian Fairfax Mayhem knows all bout it. You might want to question her about this diet.

Raw foods are good for your health but see that your system takes care of the unprocessed food when loaded in excess and think about your ability to sustain on it in the long run :)

It is the best and most balance diet i have ever see. I 've been eating like that for 3 years until saying goodbye to meat few months ago

I don't really follow any diet plan now. alot of veggie, fruit and nut. Nothing with high level of starch. No sugar. Tofu and milk for protein. I feel a lot better. More energy and strength

Raw food rules. I'm a vegetarian and occasionally have a week of raw food (+ steamed rice). It makes me sharper, and I sleep much better than normal... but then I go on a bender and have to start all over again :p
