PAD file makes software owners easy and quick registration to software directories. Instead of entering the data one by one, they do create their PAD files with a PAD File maker which the PAD file contains multiple information about the software product like ( Title, Definition, Screenshot, Download Links etc.. ) and they basically give the address of that PAD file on their server.
Currently it uses download.com and also some 2 news websites. If there is any change or broken link it aso detects.
